In most cases it takes approximately five to seven working days to install one of our certified ROPS or FOPS frames. Every vehicle make and model vary, however at ROPS Pty Ltd our team is committed to timely and efficient service delivery.

T-Bar ROPS have been developed in a slim-line frame to suit most cab over and conventional bonneted sleeper cab trucks including: Kenworth, Western Star, Freightliner and Mack.
Weight is a key consideration throughout our detailed design process. The ROPS Pty Ltd vision was to create a lightweight roll over protection system for hard working, heavy hauling prime movers that would not compromise safety for efficiency.
Lightweight also means less impact on the chassis and an intentionally compact design that provides maximum spin clearance for trailers.
Most importantly T-Bar ROPS has been developed with the underlying objective of providing a superior roll over protection system that impacts the least amount possible on aesthetics.
At ROPS Pty Ltd we are well aware that our clients take significant pride in their vehicles. We created a ROPS that was not only light, compact and strong but unobtrusive. So much so that our designs are regularly perceived as a factory standard item.
T-Bar ROPS can be manufactured within approximately 4 working days and installed within approximately 4-5 working days.

ROPS Pty Ltd also house fixed and hydraulic roll over protection systems for many small, medium and heavy trucks with tilting cabins.
Our Hydraulic Tilt and Fixed ROPS frames have been designed as solutions for single and crew cab trucks where height issues are a concern. All of our ROPS frames have been designed to be light in weight and compact in size to maximise load carrying capacities as well as reduce axle loads.
Our Hydraulic Tilt & Fixed ROPS frames can also be converted into a dual solution to offer both a ROPS (Roll Over Protection System) and a FOPS (Falling Object Protection System) frame. This solution is specifically suitable for machinery and vehicles operating within high wall or underground mining operations.
ROPS Pty Ltd manufacture certified, mine site compliant ROPS and FOPS frames for excavators and many brands of earth moving equipment. Our frames have been designed to International Standards ISO12117-2, ISO1636.1-1996.
Just some of the heavy earthmoving equipment we are able to install ROPS and FOPS frames onto include: drill rigs, dump trucks, rollers, graders, loaders and tractors.
