Installation
In most cases it takes approximately five to seven working days to install one of our certified ROPS or FOPS frames. Every vehicle make and model vary, however at ROPS our team is committed to timely and efficient service delivery.
Nitro ROPS is our premium design, light to medium vehicles Roll Over Protection System (ROPS) frame.
Safety, strength, weight and size have been number one priorities in development of the Nitro ROPS frame. The Nitro ROPS lightweight design makes it the leader in its class. Perfect for the small to medium class vehicle up to 3,600kg tare weight, ideal for all Isuzu 200 & 300 and Hino 300’s.

integrated rops tray
Our Integrated ROPS Tray is a new product within our safety range. Developed specifically for light vehicles with a tare weight of up to 4,500 kg this system is fully mine site compliant.
The Integrated ROPS Tray was designed with ultimate safety in mind using the innovative new power shell bracing system and destructively tested to ISO3471: 2008. It meets all Australian and International standards and can be custom designed to suit individual applications.
